Hireloop offers hiring solutions, staffing services, business process outsourcing, and contract-based manpower support. These services are delivered digitally, through consultation, or on-ground deployment based on business requirements.
Fees for Services are detailed at the time of engagement and are payable as agreed between Hireloop and the client. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the terms of the individual service agreement. In the event of service dissatisfaction, users may contact our support team for resolution.
All materials, content, designs, logos, trademarks, service marks, and intellectual property on the platform are owned or licensed by Hireloop. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Website content without our prior written consent.
Any software tools, hiring dashboards, analytics engines, or candidate-tracking systems provided as part of the service must be used only as authorized. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on our technology.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Post or share misleading, false, or harmful information
Disrupt or interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Users may upload resumes, job listings, or other information. By doing so, you grant Hireloop a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display this content to fulfill service objectives. You retain ownership of your content.
We take reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee complete protection against cyber threats. You agree to use the platform at your own risk.
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Hireloop does not guarantee job placements or hiring outcomes and disclaims liability for decisions made based on our Services.
Information regarding job roles, staffing solutions, or client assignments is subject to change and availability. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific opportunity, program, or result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hireloop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Hireloop is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hireloop, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.
